A push-up fully inverted: from a handstand with your back to the wall you lower until the head almost touches the floor and press back up. The peak of vertical pushing.

Technique
- Handstand at the wall, hands shoulder width, fingers spread.
- Lower with the head slightly ahead of the hands, elbows back and out at about 45 degrees.
- Press to full lockout, shoulders reaching to the ears at the top.
Common mistakes
- Arching into a banana: abs braced, ribs down.
- Dropping onto the head without control. Use a pad and shorten the range.
