Tuck planche
A straight-arm support with the whole body off the floor: shoulders far ahead of the hands, knees tucked to the chest. The first true planche lever.

Technique
- Grip the parallettes, arms straight, lean the shoulders forward as in the planche lean.
- Tuck the knees to the chest and lift the feet off the floor, back rounded, pelvis tucked.
- Keep the shoulder blades pushed apart, breathe shallow, short clean attempts.
Common mistakes
- Bent elbows: that is not a planche.
- Not enough lean: the feet do not lift. Go back to pseudo planche.
