You walk the feet up the wall from a push-up position until you stand on your hands facing the wall, toes resting on it. Teaches a straight line without the banana, unlike the back-to-wall version.

Technique
- Feet on the wall, walk the hands in until they are 15 to 20 cm from the wall.
- Shoulders pushed to the ears, ribs down, pelvis tucked, only the toes touch the wall.
- Eyes between the hands, breathe. Walk back down the wall.
Common mistakes
- Hands too far from the wall: the body is diagonal, not vertical.
- Pushing off the wall with the feet instead of a light touch.
