Technique
- Hands at shoulder width, fingers spread, eyes between the hands.
- Shoulders pushed to the ears, ribs down, pelvis tucked, legs together and extended.
- Balance: fingers press the floor when you tip toward the belly, wrists release when toward the back.
Common mistakes
- Banana: hips ahead of the shoulders, back arched.
- Kicking up with too much force: practise soft entries at the wall.
